Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for all online orders:

All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars (USD). The total amount charged will reflect the order total shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes, with no added processing surcharges.
Payment Authorization and Capture
When you submit your order, your payment method is first authorized for the order amount. The actual charge is captured once the order passes our verification checks and is accepted for fulfillment. For PayPal orders, the authorization and capture typically occur simultaneously at checkout.
Security of Payment Information
Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption across all pages to protect your data during transmission. When you pay by credit or debit card, your full card details are tokenized by our PCI-compliant payment processor. Amsoil Sale VIP does not view, store, or retain your complete card number or security code on its own servers.
Billing Information Requirements
To minimize the risk of payment failure or order delay, please ensure the billing address you enter at checkout matches exactly the billing address on file with your card issuer or PayPal account. Mismatched addresses may cause the transaction to be declined or flagged for manual review. We reserve the right to request additional verification or cancel any order we believe to be fraudulent, inaccurate, or in violation of our terms.
Order Verification and Cancellation
All orders are subject to acceptance. Receiving an order confirmation email means we have received your order, not that the order has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order after confirmation due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected unauthorized activity, or other reasons. If your order is canceled after payment has been captured, you will be notified by email and a full refund will be initiated immediately.
